I think this is a fake, didn't see anyone deal with the umbilical cord. If they baby dropped out it would have been still attached to the umbilical cord. I don't know any woman who could walk along like that without pushing. There is no way her birth canal was already big enough for a baby to slide out. This all seems very odd.
