Child warning.

A young child susatined a fall from first floor of house on to an iron gate. Her pictures are shown,

due to profuse bleeding from the injury - airway was secured initially at the time of admission and she was kept on elective ventialation. later after stabilisation and blood transfusions.

Primary repair of the facial soft tissues along with reduction of nasal bones and fixation with monocryl sutures was done. Pictures are shown

Poor wee girl. Remarkable job reconstructing the injury, she'll have quite the battle scar but it'll simply show the world "I survived" :)

She's just a babe...so glad they could fix her up, such good work too!

Fixed right up, now she's got a cool scar and a story to tell later in life
