I don't believe this was a suicide attempt by train. By the injuries it looks to be some sort of vehicular accident. Very lucky to be alive.

I'd guess at septicamia, happens more often than you think, especially in young people and babies, meningococcal meningitis and they have to amputate all limbs to save their life. Looks like she's dressing up and posing for the fetishists out there. |
