I had a patient who ran over his parents with their car and then he took off, jumped on a train. A few towns over he jumped out of the train but somehow it sucked him under and took half of his foot off. Pretty much all that was left was a heel. Months later that same douche would punch me in the face because I said the unit was "loco" and he thought I was saying HE was crazy.
