The following attack was made on a woman, and was apparently the aftermath of a devastating assault by someone wielding a Ginsu Knife. What is apparent form the photos, however is the fact that the woman is still alive. She was brutalized, had her belly and left leg skinned, but no vital organs damaged beyond repair. The photos looks extremely brutal, but they are not from the morgue, they are from the hospital. The doctors are actually fixing her.
