Giant Monomorphic Adenoma of the Palate
We report a case of a giant monomorphic adenoma of the hard palate. Monomorphic adenomas are usually encapsulated and frequently are partially cystic. Their histologic pattern may be confused with that of adenoid cystic carcinoma, but they grow in an expansile fashion and usually are monolobular.

I wouldn't let it get that big. I'd sooner cut it out myself.

Anything to do with the mouth, tongue, and teeth make me anxious. Not seeing it, but experiencing it. For example, something as small as a kernel stuck in a tooth will have all my attention until it's out.
