I think what they were trying to do was to pierce the pit of the avocado with the knife's blade tip - which was really stupid in and of itself, considering that their hand was underneath said avocado. They shoulda just done it with the length of the blade and NOT THE TIP!
The blade looks as if its in a strange position. Perhaps, the blade slid off the side of the pit and went thru the soft part of the avocado and thru the hand. Either way, they weren't supposed to try to spear the pit! Fucktards!
