I don't think that's a cockroach... judging by that leg that was pulled out with the bug makes it seem like a grasshopper or a cricket, something more like those...
Fucking disgusting having a bug stuck in your ear!!! I would be so wierded out by that they'd need to seriously pump me full of drugs to keep me from freaking out!!! LOL
