my mother and father are both overweight they suffered human ridicule mostly all there lives but they were good parents they didnt allow me to suffer the same way they did they watched what i ate and made sure i exercised daily so im in the habit of eating sensibly and exerciseing regularly. and i look fantastic in a bathing suit. |

i dont think obesity is inherited i think if you live a lifestyle of eating healthy and exerciseing you will be thin but if you dont exercise and eat whatever tastes good then you will eventually become obese. metabolism can only work if you exercise and eat the alloted amount of calories which is 2000 for active thin people and 1200-1600 calories for people who are overweight and obese. |

Actually guys, for people that can't understand why people do this..it's the same as any other mental illness. It's the same as anorexia and bulumia, just the opposite though. Of course, I don't know her condition..she could eat when she's stressed, sad, happy, etc. There is also a symptom called Prader-Willie syndrome (more common in the mentally handicapped) but it is an illness that basically will not let you be full. You are always hungry. Many people have to have their food locked up and sometime even be restrained to stop eating. Ahhhhh, all this info in my tiny lil head! |
