Genital Gangrene
There is a caption below this picture, but a large part of it is in complicated doctorese that few normal people can understand. To put it in simple albeit inelegant English, the right side of this dude's nutsack is rotting away, and the left is going the same way. I hope that this guy is a sex offender of some kind rather than a normal person with a significant other whom he loves dearly, so that this gangrene can be part of the punishment for his crimes.  I'm guessing that the yellow/green/grey goo inside the rotting scrotum are the remains of this person's testicles combined with puss and whatever else is inside a nutsack. Whatever it is, the color is great and it looks TASTY!!!   · |

come on rancid, have a little taste! Necrosis mean death of tissue; rotting. This can be caused by anything from an infection from disease or trauma to cancer. I have no guess for this poor guy. It seems safe to assume he's gonna be sterile if he lives! |

Perhaps showers and general hygine, and finding something wrong with your sack, should have some kind of medical attention BEFORE it gets this bad...I don't think it started as jock itch! |
