Re: Fucked Teeth
I'm so sorry to hear about your teeth. That sounds horrible! I am lucky to have good teeth ONLY because I am OCD flosser. Ever since they took my braces off 25 years ago I can not stand the feeling of shit in my teeth. I carry floss with me everywhere. My dentist told that is why I have no tarter and gum disease but told me I'm going to receed my gums from over flossing.

Re: Fucked Teeth
Ugh! I really feel for you! I inherited my father's terrible enamel. And my orthodontist didn't take my braces off right, so I ended up with cavities in almost every place the braces had been glued onto. Took care of those at the time. But I smoke and drink soda constantly...so in the 20 years or since I had the braces taken off, it's only gotten worse. I ended up with cavities in every single one of my upper teeth. None of them hurt, fortunately. I had half taken care of a few years back, and am down to two left to take care of now. Fortunately, my dental insurance is through my wife, who works for the state. We pay a deductible of a whopping $125, and everything else is covered! Managed to get 14 fillings done before the end of the benefit year... didn't manage the last few on those two teeth. Insurance has paid more than we had expected, though. We THOUGHT they would pay at 80% after the deductible. Turned out, they are paying at 100%. So I'm waiting for their payments to catch up. Once they do, we'll have $120 credit toward the $125 deductible for this year! LOL |
