Friend of Mine With A Nail in His Brain
This is my first post. So I thought I would keep it close to home. The man in the pictures is actually a friend and he once worked on my house. While working on a house he fell off a ladder along with his nail gun and the gun backfired shooting a nail in through his mouth into his head. He didn't know what happened at the time, but after a while of dealing with what he thought was just a bad tooth ache he finally went to the dentist where they discovered the four inch nail in his head. It barely missed his eye and lodged itself into his brain. It took four hour to remove the 4 in. nail, but he came out with no life long damage. He is now in his thirties and believed to be living in Hawaii. The incident was in Fairplay, Colorado.   |

Outstanding and thanks for sharing! I would imagine he thought the pain was just related to falling. Imagine his surprise when he saw that x-ray!
