Fresh Nose Cookie
For those of you that don't know, I had 6 polyps surgically removed from my nose 3 weeks ago. Big nuggets of dried blood have be coming out as part of the healing process. This morning I felt a big one that just refused to come out, no matter how much blowing and self-waterboarding I did. Finally after 45 minutes I dragged it out with some tweezers.

How should I prepare it for the eating?
