Go to see a Chinese Doctor, that might help.
Why? You'd just have to back in 30 minutes.

Re: Four Doctors Have Not Been Able to Diagnose This

No one seems to be able to come up with one diagnosis for my daughter. Some have said HFMD, and some have said an allergic reaction to anitbiotics (which is bullshit)

The blisters don't seem to hurt her too badly, she just can't crawl on her knees. We don't know where the cut on her ankle came from, but if this is some sort of staph infection, I'm willing to bet that's where it started. She has one large blister that popped on her arm, but other than that, it all seems mostly confined to her lower extremities, including her pubic region, which looks just like her knees. She has no rash or blisters on her trunk.

If any of you have an idea of what she might have, please let me know. My wife and I are freaking out.

Check out the thread for "Henoch-Schonlein Purpura", a few belong this one. It looks similar.

Re: Four Doctors Have Not Been Able to Diagnose This

I doubt that it is shingles. Shingles, which is caused by the herpes zoster virus, stays dormant in nerve segments and then when it is reactivated it appears in patterns consistent with specific dermatomes. Given its presentation (knee area, back of the calf and down to the heel, pubic region and the neck and arm) I would say it isnt because of the many different dermatomes involved. shingles usually presents on one side and involves the dermatomes of the chest, abdomen and face (basically waist on up)

I would probably google on allergies. Your child may be allergic to something, detergent, food additives etc. The other thing is, and this is a long shot, but just do a search on vitamin deficiencies and rashes. Doctors are not educated in vitamin deficiencies because the big pharma co's wouldnt make any money.

Re: Four Doctors Have Not Been Able to Diagnose This

Initially I thought some form of psoriasis or eczema but that would have been diagnosed easily. Any nearer a diagnosis yet??

Re: Four Doctors Have Not Been Able to Diagnose This

All the information here is great, but you should be aware that you have the right to tell the doctors to suck a bag of dicks. I don't know if you have insurance or not, but it's really not even relevant. If 4 doctors couldn't figure it out take her to 4 more. My son was waking up every night screaming, would randomly start screaming and slamming his head into things. So badly that all I could do is sit behind him and wrap myself around him to keep him from hurting himself. They told me he was just acting out.. Ends up he was actually suffering extreme migraines and seizures when he was banging his head, and night terrors after dark. It took me causing a BIG scene at the neurologists office because he "wouldn't perform an unnecessary test" (even though medicaid would pay in full)... Anyhoo, moral of the story? - If you think something is wrong with your child (obviously there is) and they can't find out whats wrong (and all these suggestions are very common disorders and would have already been tested for) PUSH for answers. Even if you have to break a couple of social laws to gets people to pay attention.
