While at a buffet in Minneapolis, this little guy fell while trying to climb into a booth. He was holding his fork and when scooped up from underneath the table, the fork had gotten lodged in his nose. The fork tines missed his cartilage and thankfully went up and out. The pictures show him before treatment and then as he is healing.

I guess we need to add..."Don't run with scissors and never climb with a fork!!"

Ah.. he is a cute kid..
Glad to see he only experienced his first facial piercing and not something truly harmful.
