BigBadBeard, I can't tell for sure without being able to smell it, but I would guess that it's some sort of seropurulent fluid. Diarrhea isn't usually that watery unless he'd been ingesting large quantities of laxative or had a disease along the lines of cholera or dysentery on top of the elephantiasis.

He has a "Hydrocele"... acctally very common, and guys don't fixz it cuz they think it will pass. But it doesn't. What is happening here is a blockage of the return duct to the body. This means that there is a blockage. They go in and drain the testicle, then they do something to fix it. |
