i would say the 2nd pic has some serious rotting going on. would be hella cool to show off to your buddies. but it would be overall kind of fucked up to have something like that.

First one looks like a tumour I looked after this woman once who got a skin cancer on the sole of her foot (who would have thought a skin cancer on the sole of your foot?), the cancer spread and it ended up killer her. She was only in her 40's and her daughters stayed next to her every night in hospital, helping with her cares etc until the day she died
