Maybe she can't afford them? I personally saw a guy in China that was wearing a hard hat shell tied with a string on his head for his helmet. Yes, a hard hat shell. No suspension liner, no liner at all. Looked like he had found an old hard hat shell, and I could tell by his clothes and belongings it was all he could afford, so he did the best he could with what he had. Just because they don't have material things doesn't mean they are stupid or are bad people  |
