60 year old male developed sudden onset of shortness of breath on april 2012 for which he was initially admitted to a local hospital. He was seen and admitted under cardiology and after undergoing angiography and PTCA of his myocardial infarction, The patient was referred and later transferred to plastic surgery for management of infection in the right foot.
