Looks very similar to what my father had to go through when he had basil cell carcinoma about 10 years ago. He had to have his nose removed and restructured with graphs of skin from his neck and side. They pulled the skin up from his lip a bit and his nose bobbed for a couple of years every time he talked until the tightness went lax. But, the damn doctor never finished his nostrils so they are a bit wonky.
