 I had two patients assigned to me, admitted within months of eachother, one who had tried to commit suicide by putting the gun in his mouth, blew off half his face and will be disfigured for the rest of his life. The second one put a gun to his head and blew off half his skull, looked like the DR thread where the guy has half a skull, he also lived but is disabled. I cant help but wonder if this is what this guy tried to do  |
