... fake? Im pretty sure that baby would be freakin out if it were truly stuck in the lip. I got one stuck in my neck when I was ten and I literally shit three bricks. |

Real. You can even see from the background that it's a hospital. My mates little girl got fish hooked in the finger and she didn't freak out one bit and she was only 4. |
