Finger Injury And Reconstruction
41 year old male had an accidental ring avulsion injury to his right ring finger. the distal part of the finger was lost along with composite soft tissue loss. he was offered reconstruction with groin flap, he was explained the need for multiple stages to complett the reconstruction.
