Finger Amputation
Some background: This happened in 2019, my pinky and ring fingers got caught in a hydraulic boat winch and they were separated from my hand unfortunately. It’s been almost 4 years now and I can say besides the “fun” nicknames at work and having to tell the story to pretty much any new friend, not much has changed. Pictures 2 + 3 were 6 days post op and I got the pins removed about a month later. Current pics are last. I lost sensation in the tips of both “fingers” (or what’s left of them) but luckily I only lost two so I’ll count myself lucky. *not my story  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

I bet that makes bowling difficult. You are right though, lucky to still have what you do. My uncle had a similar injury after getting his fingers in the pulley system on his combine tractor.

The pinky finger is roughly fifty percent of your grip strength. Fapping is going to feel like a loose vagina from here on.  |
