Yeah. Easily. My missus sewed up the leg of one of our running dogs that had the same unrolled sock appearance and it turned out fine. She just pushed the skin back and sewed it up. I admit she was lucky about infection. But my point is if an untrained amateur can fix a dog like this ill bet a real doctor would have no problem.
