Here we go again..

First off, this was a labiaplasty that some, initially, mistook for FGM. Secondly, the male invented practice of circumcision (removal of the foreskin) is not the equivalent of FGM (removal of the clitoris and, in some cases, the labia as well as sewing the vaginal opening closed) unless the head of the penis has been cut off.

I would suggest to the men who screech about FGM to look up what a clitoris is and where the urethra is located on the woman..
