Female Police Officer Saves a 1 Year-old Baby by Resuscitation
Mexico, when two cops were present in some street a woman holding a baby approached them yelling her baby didn't breathe so the female cop performed a life saving resuscitation.

She told the one year-old baby was already turning blue and she was afraid it was too late but luckily the baby recovered fully after her action.
