Firstly there is more then one type of genital surgery for trans men. Also you should still be able to orgasm and it can become erect. With phallo they normally either leave the clit under the penis or I think in the base of the penis so that they can still orgasm. Most trans men don't get phallo because it's not great, the guys that do get it need it. |

They do use the clit, which is bigger and elongated from testosterone, but the man made cock only gets hard if it's implanted with those cock hardening rods (I don't remember what they're called).
