You are on the right path but not quite right. Their religion is that sex should not be for pleasure so they remove the parts that make it enjoyable. They think sex should be for child making only. So they stitch them up completely if they do not want them to have kids. What I dont get, is how do they pee?? And they are obviously going to still have their periods so how does that work too??
