i watched a doc on this guy, lost it all 100% by working out, before he lost the weight he was going to go out to the desert and fill a baby pool with gasoline and light himself on fire to 'get free' of his body, but shit he got through it, there was a second doc where they followed him to try and get him to lose his virginity
