Cute kid, glad he is doing well! I didn't understand the part with the neighbors, when they were waiting for the ambulance and saw a ton of people walking through a field towards them? What the hell was that about??

I don’t know for sure, but since they are obviously a religious family, I would guess they believed them to be angels or something like that. It’s rare a group of people show up out of nowhere one minute and are gone the next. I’m just guessing.
