It's real. Seen alot of open woundage first hand. He must have washed and stopped the minimal bleeding as the vessels are plump and in tacked. Junkies dream lol!

real he just wiped off the blood before snapping the pic... could be fake though... but what kinda person would waste their time in photo shop to make this? just doesnt seem fake... people waste their time on this shit though so i wouldnt be surprised still say real though gj if its fake

Real. His hands are a bright pink which would suggest the air is cool, maybe even very cold. Blood on the surface goes way deeper in colder climates so that when it circulates through vital organs, it doesn't cool them down. Only spurts of blood is released in intervals to the skin-hence the pink hue, and blush completion.
