Sucks to have a face like that.. don't even know why parents would let their child live like this..

I've known a few people who had kids with the same problem the one in the third pic has. All that was needed was one surgery and they were normal looking kids.

Its a Cleft lip and palate... but, the first and 4th I couldn't tell you.

one of my old class mates split his head in half when he was driving a motorbike and hit a branch and he looked almost like the last pic
