It's to disinfect the area where they will cit or touch, it take any germs off or blood that is filed with dirt or anything that can hurt the eye..

I used to work on fishing boats...I've seen some jackass nail his friend in the eye when he was casting a lure...somehow I have no idea how it just scratched his cornea (I think) and went through his eyelid....one lucky fucker that day...wish I had pic   |
