I recognize a few of those people. One of them is Bony Pink who is well-known in the "Pro-ana/Pro-mia" online world. A couple of them are photoshopped - the real images can be found on different sites that are against the whole pro-ana (pro-anorexia/pro-bulimia) "movement."

One website that is anti-proana/promia is http://www.2medusa.com, that displays authentic photos of Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, as well as shows which images are real and fake.

LiveJournal has SO MANY proanas. Basically, these people give tips and tricks on how not to eat and how to hide it from your family and friends. Not only is it sickening but they're mocking a genuine mental illness. Communities such as lol_anaz on LJ try to spread the message about these dumbfucks by making fun of them.
