We transport people like this at the company where I work sometimes and you just have to feel terrible for them because they are convinced that they are fat.

damn. I felt fat before, now I feel SUPER FATASS. xD But seriously, I had a very good friend in high school that suffered from it. So beautiful was this girl but thought she was fat even severely underweight, I spoke with her mother who was oblivious. Got tired of watching her eat a grape and a couple of crackers for lunch everyday. So she started eating to appease her mother, but when she didn't gain weight I got suspicious - it was bulimia then! It's treatable with proper therapy but getting them to go in for treatment is the hardest thing, when these modeling agencies and designers push that it's acceptable to appear this way, even wanted.  |
