I used to go to school next to a clinic for anorectic and bulimic girls. It was so sad to see these girls being pushed around in wheelchairs in the park, honestly they looked like skeletons, hardly any life left in them. I've seen dead people looking more alive.

And this is why it's so pathetic when obese people get a lazy ass gastric bypass.
If they were in a concentration camp they'd quickly lose weight.
Less calories + more exercise = weight loss. That can be achieved without surgically making your stomach tiny.
