Those folks obsess about their weight, but apparently they don't realize they look ugly when they lose so much weight. Weight a normal weight (not what's in most of the above pictures) is a major step toward improving one's appearance. Anorexia is unhealthy and deadly, and it's also ugly to see.

The one with the guy sitting cross legged in white briefs and a white background....his belly has a face. His nipples are the eyes, he has a strange lump just below in the center and there is a kind of fold just above his briefs that looks like a smile.
