Been a member for a little over 2 years now, and never dared open this thread until today....My God, I have no words...

I tried some detective work and found this pic of her and her boyfriend posted 3 months ago. Supposedly, she is 3 months free of cutting and in psychiatric treatment. You can faintly see the end of the scars on the other side of her face. It's got to be her.
So happy she's alive and winning the battle!

im sure many people have at least tried to help her, i mean thats years of mutilation on some of them pictures, id say she maybe dont want the help ,fair enough do it a few times if u never had help or someone to talk to but come on thats on another level that is, thats beyond self harm , thats fucking hardcore self mutilation, someone who repetitively does that to themself on that kind of level needs to be with someone all the time or better still putting in a mental home

did she receive hospital treatment for any of those? and if she did why didn't they transfer her to a mental hospital like mandatory mental help....

ooohhhhhhhhh thats so nice to hear!! I was just wondering why nobody (the hospital ) has tried to help her and why she doesn't seek treatment.

I don't thing you do that to yourself for attention... self arming is always a sign of extreme distress. When you can't control your mind pain you take the control of your body pain... It's very sad ....

I thought they looked like a burn victim myself. I don't know how that chick could ever have normal movement of her limbs after all that....
She certainly have movement restriction du to scar tissues
