It is sad but a shame she missed a major artery. I realize she has issues but this is also horrible for people who care about her to go through. If she is this bad it has become an obsession. What can she do at this point? Who would even hire her? Who would want to date or marry that? It is sad but some people are too fucking far gone...

Is there any info about the identity of this girl? Also, why do people do this exactly? I'm not asking a rhetorical question. I'm really wondering what causes a person to self harm to such a great extent. Do they hate themselves? Do they truly like the feeling of slicing themselves up? This is obviously not just for attention like some cases. I've heard of "cutters", but this has to be in its own category....  |
