English Man Found with Abdominal Bloating at the Roadside in Cambodia
On 23rd November 2018 in Siem Reap, 52 year old M.J.H. was found by the side of the road in serious need of medical attention. He had severe abdominal bloating, which is thought to be due to liver failure. He was later taken to the hospital but his condition is unknown. Images of the man were put all over social media in the hope that his family would be tracked down.

That's called Ascites - due to hepatic cirrhosis, usually because of serious alcohol abuse. |

I doubt he felt much of anything soon after the pictures were taken. Liver failure is a hell of a way to go.  |

A bad case of worms? Yes, I've seen young animals with distended bellies due to worms. But seriously, I thought that with liver disease, the person turns yellow.

Look at the health benefits of going to Cambodia, a beautiful roadside spa that caters to your every whim, so good that people never want to leave. Seriously though, the difference between his passport pic, and the way he appears now is seriously scary.
