I've actually seen lower-quality soundless versions of this before...it was bad before...it's just godawful with sound and more clarity. That poor bastard, I wonder if he survived. Hell, I wonder exactly how much fluid/pus they got out of him and when they gave up the kidney-pans for a bucket. |

It's funny all these **** on here that say "yummy" or how much they would "love to eat" shit like this. Truth be told, if you were ever in an ER when a case like this came in, you'd be running for the toilet to barf. But on the inter-tubes, you are Big Man...lol
