Tbh, this poor guy looks like he has a mixture of squamous cell carcinoma in his chest and kaposi's sarcoma covering most of his body(the brown scabbing/eating away at the legs). What a horrid way to go. If the story is in fact that he was found in a bear cave, he might have run away to die. The severe emaciation would be a major symptom of squamous cell since it likes to metastasize to vital organs, and the body absolutely wrecks itself trying to heal. |

I love dry fasting. It makes me feel so good. It takes away all the inflammation and pain in my body. I just completed a 5-day dry fast myself. Nice to know I'm not the only one who puts myself through this stuff. I just like to see how mentally strong I am. But um yeah, you could definitely go a pretty long time without water.
