An 18 year old male presented to us with Electrical contact burns involving bilateral hands, perineum , abdomen and right foot.

He was managed by surgical debridement of abdomen and perineal contact burns, negative pressure wound therapy, followed by coverage with pedicled anterolateral thigh flap and skin grafting

Below elbow amputation of the right upper limb as it was not salvageable

Amputation of mummified left index finger Excision of deep burns left hand and forearm and skin grafting.

Excision of burns of right foot and skin grafting

There was loss of skin graft from right foot and left hand and forearm due to progressive necrosis seen in electrical burns. They right foot, left hand and forearm were managed by dressings for around 2 weeks.

Right cubital fossa deep burns with potential exposure of brachial artery was covered by a recurrent radial artery flap coverage.
