Re: Electric Shock on Top of the Train
Hooking is an extremely dangerous way to travel by train, in which a person clings to the cars from the outside for various handrails, stairs, steps and other elements. In recent years, "hooking" has become a popular youth hobby. Often, this causes accidents. Thus, individuals who practice it may be at risk of injury or death from falling from a moving train, collision with oversized railway infrastructure, electric shock from the contact network and power equipment of rolling stock, or exposure to environmental conditions. The Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Moscow Region has launched a pilot project to combat "trailing" at railway infrastructure facilities. |
