It looks like a type of torture and mutilation they use to publicly shame in Uganda. The often cut off lips, ears, hands, or mutilate the genitals.

note to self: no matter how high rent goes or how unbearable work seems, don't move to a third world country where your dollar goes much farther. better the buck not be stretched and your body kept intact and unmutilated. sometimes i actually feel guilty when i drown myself in self sympathy because of my problems. i'm sure there are millions who would more than gladly exchange problems with me. anyone remember the musical hair? the song "i got life"? Given the country it is likely a form of punishment. Either that or he was sucking on a hose to the lake to give the village water and his face got stuck and then was trampled by a herd of gazelle which damaged his ears.

he had this done to himself to insure he never repeated his stupid mistake. he broke 2 rules of using common sense around loose ladies... rule #1 never listen to a woman who invites you over for a very unique breakfast. rule #2 never eat her blue waffle (it's not blue from blueberries). |
