I saw a guy like that at a football (soccer) match here in the UK. His face and hands were just like that picture. It's a shame that in the UK a guy with that condition can afford to go to a football match where tickets are not really that cheap but in whatever country the guy in the picture is in, he has to beg.  |

it looks like fibroma of some sort, they are tumours that keep on growing, and cover the body, the can become life threatening, many documented cases, elephant man was one, very sad hard to treat. God bless him |

This is the same condition the elephant man had! There is a man in California who has this and you can see and meet him at the Venice beach Boardwalk Freakshow! Very cool in person! He also works at the dollar tree in Fullerton ca haha  |
