Drunk Driving, This is What You Get. exposed femur
This is a guy that went on a beach trip but was under the influence and this is what happened.

This happened less than an hour ago in Colon, Panama but he was transferred to the Capital due to his injury (Panama City - Capital).

This is rather uncommon here, there are over 50 accidents per day but most of them do not even require transportation to hospital.

Pictures are rarely taken inside the ER but that was quite a view. I'm an EMT.
