I hear the "pop" where some of you think it's a gunshot, but I'm not convinced. The guy holding her steps back at the same time. And when he tries to drag her back up, I see nothing to indicate a gunshot wound from what we can see. If she was shot, none of them seem like the shooter and I'd think they'd back away a lot quicker if a sudden wound appeared like I'd expect if she was shot. I think it was an OD since he tried to keep her upright, I'm guessing to keep her awake or keep her from choking on potential vomit. Her head moves slightly on its own during that part it seems like.

I don't think they shot her, cos when her head nearly hit the ground he put his hand under to protect her.
