It doesn't feel like it would be uncommon, I've seen my share of crazy in Pennsylvania and along the interior NE. Drug dealers are basically in the same category as pedophiles imo. Get the kids hooked early, basically groom them and have a customer....for life.  And the drugs used themselves are just getting worse by the year. |
